At Aashrith, we strive to ensure transparency and trust in all campaigns hosted on our platform. Since crowdfunding involves real-time support for urgent needs (like medical treatments, education, or social causes), we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place:
Donations made on Aashrith are non-refundable once the transaction is completed, as funds may be transferred or allocated to the beneficiary instantly.
If a donation was made in error (wrong amount, duplicate transaction), the donor may request cancellation within 2 hours of the transaction. Please contact support at [support@aashrith.org] with:
Transaction ID
Donor’s email and phone number
Reason for cancellation
Aashrith reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on fund disbursal status.
Fundraisers can request campaign deactivation or cancellation via their dashboard or by contacting Aashrith Support.
If a fundraiser is found to be fraudulent, misusing funds, or violating platform guidelines, Aashrith reserves the right to cancel the campaign and withhold or reverse fund transfers.
Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases (duplicate donations, technical error, proven fraud).
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original source within 7–10 business days.
Payment gateway and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you suspect a campaign is fraudulent, please report it immediately to [report@aashrith.org]. Aashrith will investigate and take necessary action, including campaign suspension and fund reversal if applicable.
